Head of Client Success
Tracey Doull is Head of Client Success for Lightbox Search. Her background as an entrepreneur; founding a web-based culinary business, gave her the hands-on experience needed to get the job done -- through real-time client engagement, problem solving, online marketing strategy development, content creation, search engine optimization and the establishment of a social media presence across all platforms.
During Tracey’s almost 20 years of experience as a public relations and communications professional, she served as Director of Media Relations at a global broadcast public relations firm both in the New York and London offices. With her excellent organizational skills and results-driven ethos, she managed a team of media content and placement professionals, created and maintained a broadcast database, scheduled broadcast interviews and coordinated international live events.
Tracey holds a bachelor of science degree from Syracuse University in Speech Communication. In addition to her role at Lumentus, Tracey is an ongoing volunteer at Open Table Food Pantry in Concord Massachusetts where she resides.
